Marketing Specialist

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team and be the owner for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. You will focus on creating, implementing, and optimizing our marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.

The primary focus of this position will be to empower our brand awareness, social engagement, content marketing strategy and creation, and attract via great recruitment marketing new gamechangers.

To be successful as our Marketing Specialist, you need to be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies to execute successful marketing campaigns.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media content plans that align with the company’s brand identity.
  • Developing and implementing our marketing strategy on the local market.
  • Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and events, including a content marketing calendar.
  • Oversee our company’s career site and be proactive in recommending changes and improvements.
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or other recruiting events.
  • Conducting market research to understand the actual trends on the local market.
  • Establishing your own goals and objectives to attract our future gamechangers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Creating analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Generate monthly updates and reports for the company’s management team about upcoming marketing initiatives.
  • Creating marketing materials for our website and social media.
  • Get in touch with our international teams to develop ideas for branding, graphic designs and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with our HR team to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges

Marketing Specialist Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, human resources, communications, marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills (Data is the king and we make data-driven solutions).
  • Strong communications skills and ability to work in multinational and diverse environments.
  • Great time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and candidates’ experience & engagement.
  • Content writing and PR.
